Mrs. Mercedes de Ulloa and Ana Isabel Solo Q.

Dear sisters in Jesus Christ Our Lord:

Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and after reading the Spiritual Diary of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I reflected and meditated thoroughly upon its contents. I find nothing in it which could affect negatively Morals or the doctrine of the Faith. On the contrary, I believe that this book will be useful to learn more about the duties of the Christian life, a book burning with this Flame of Love, a Flame which brings light and comfort for all Mary’s children in her Heart.

Accordingly, I accept the publication of such a beautiful message, which will enhance the spiritual well-being of many a soul, enlightening them by this eternal Flame of Love, which is nothing short of the Love of Jesus in the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Please receive both my greetings and blessing. Your brother and servant.

Mrs Nilda de Mejia
Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Movement

Dear sister Nilda,

By the present, I am greeting you as well as my brother members of the Association “Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary”. While I am responding to your letter, I have the great desire that this Movement continue to grow and extend. In the same spirit, I authorize you to introduce this beautiful invocation within your community:

“Holy Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, pray for us sinners, spread the effect of grace of Thy Flame of Love over all of humanity, now and at the hour of our death.”

All in your Movement must be done according to the demands of the most Holy Virgin Mary. In this way, the authentic devotion to the Virgin Mary might grow. May the love of God, through His Holy Spirit, fill the earth!

To whom it may concern:

It is with great pleasure that I greet you and bless the Lord for the great pastoral task that is being carried out by Dr. Ana Maria Trujillo de Moreno (National Coordinator of the Movement) and a considerable team of laity of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Movement.

I was informed that prayer’s groups and spiritual retreats whether local or national have increased, and also that people seem to be more and more conscious of the necessity to compensate for the harm caused to the holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

That is why I do not hesitate to recommend this Movement and I wish that it becomes the road leading to the Lord Jesus for those who desire it.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Testimony

Through the years, we can testify that the ‘Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Movement’ in our diocese has been characterized by an authentic Christian spirituality of its members. Let us thank God for the fruits that were harvested through the prayer cenacles that spread, not only in our country, but worldwide.
As Ordinary of the Archdiocese of Lima, by these letters I renew the consent given in 1998 by my predecessor, his Eminence Cardinal Augusto Vargas Alzamora, SJ, so that the ‘Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Movement’, a Private Association of the Faithful, operates in accordance with its charisma in our Archdiocese.
I also recognize its statutes approved on August 15, 2008 in the city of Sao Paolo, Brazil, in accordance with canon 215 of the Code of Canon Law.
I authorize Father Julio Cesar Martinez Torres, to be the Spiritual Adviser of the Movement.
May our Mother, the Virgin Mary, always lead us to Her Son Jesus, our Savior.
